Under the watchful eye of the team and SHG’s, toilets were no longer avoided-they became clean, safe and reliable. Public shared good feedback about the CT&PT’s and spreaded word in their community. By appointing securities at night-time, women started using the toilets even at night safely. Hence GST made the CT&PT’s clean, well-maintained and functional for public .
